All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.The OpportunityThe Dealer Support Associate Analyst supports the performance of an assigned sales region by serving as a key liaison between Sales, Dealer Support, and third-party repossession partners. Individual performance is tied to regional service levels, issue resolution, and operational results. This role requires strong relationship management, independent judgment, and proactive performance oversight, including leading weekly regional meetings and monthly internal performance reviews.The Work ItselfSupport an assigned multiple sales regions, with accountability for contributing to regional operational performance, service levels, and issue resolution results.Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional Sales partners and serve as a key liaison between Dealer Support, Sales, and operational teams.Host weekly meetings with the assigned Sales region to review open items, discuss trends, address concerns, and align priorities and action plans.Lead monthly internal performance calls to review regional results, service levels, key risks, operational trends, and improvement opportunities.Monitor regional performance metrics, identify trends or gaps, and take action to improve execution, communication, and service outcomes.Act as the primary point of coordination for escalated regional issues, ensuring timely follow-up, stakeholder alignment, and resolution.Communicate regional recurring issues, operational risks to leadership and relevant internal partners.Use reporting and trend analysis to support performance discussions, corrective actions, and continuous improvement within the assigned region.Review and resolve non-routine repossession reassignments, inbox requests, account disposition items, and other operational issues requiring judgment and analysis.Manage administrative repossession procedures with limited day-to-day supervision, ensuring work is completed accurately and in accordance with established policies and practices.Partner with AE/UW/Dealer Management/Sales support teams and other Ally departments to resolve repo-related inquiries and coordinate solutions across functions.Work closely with repossession companies, forwarders, and Skip Supplier to resolve operational issues, support service execution, and address performance gaps.Support complex account handling in partnership with Special Handling groups, including Bankruptcy, SCRA, Replevin, Deceased, Fraud, and other sensitive or high-risk situations.Partner in complaint and escalation management by researching issues, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting timely and accurate resolution.Perform qualitative review of cases, assess risk, identify root cause, and recommend corrective actions, or process improvements.Support projects and process initiatives by evaluating effectiveness, identifying risks, and contributing to procedure or workflow improvements.Utilize Microsoft Excel and other systems to create, maintain, and analyze reporting related to operations, service levels, and performance trends.Work effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy, strong customer service, and adherence to performance expectations.Adhere to laptop security policies and work from home policies as needed.The Qualifications We’re Looking For3 + years in Finance or Auto FinancePrevious experience utilizing repossession management software programs.Prior leadership experience is preferred.High level of interpersonal skills to effectively work with others.Solid analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.Detail oriented, ability to analyze and map out processes.Applies concepts, logic, methods and analysis.Strong oral and written communication skills.Business partnering skills, including good interpersonal skills with ability to work well horizontally and vertically within organization.Optimistic, embraces possibilities, supportive and motivating; recognizes change as creating opportunities.Knowledge of project management tools and ability to effectively prioritize tasks.Exhibit a strong work ethic and high degree of self-motivation.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) and client specific application and database programs.Minimum Qualifications0+ years of experienceHigh school Diploma or GED equivalentHow We'll Have Your BackAlly's compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
