Now Hiring: RN Weekend Supervisor

Columbiana Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our leadership team. This position offers flexibility to fit your schedule:

Part-Time: Work every other weekend only

Full-Time: Work every other weekend plus one additional weekday shift

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and daily clinical operations
• Support and mentor nurses and CNAs
• Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and team members
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and clinical oversight as needed

Qualifications:

• Current Alabama RN license
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
