Requirements:

• 2+ years of ICU experience as a RN
• Qualified applicants MUST have:
  • Hemodynamic monitoring experience (Swan, art lines)
  • Ventilator management
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • ACLS and BLS certifications
  • NIH certification
  • ACTIVE TX RN License (NO TEMP LICENSE ACCEPTED)
• Preferred Skills:
  • IABP exposure
  • CRRT exposure
  • Meditech charting/order entry

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a clinical setting, you will be responsible for providing expert care to cardiac ICU patients, including managing invasive procedures, supporting post-surgical cardiac patients, and utilizing advanced monitoring and support devices such as IABP, Impella, and ECMO.

• Manage hemodynamic monitoring (swans, art lines) for cardiac patients.
• Provide ventilator management and critical care interventions.
• Monitor patients post-CABG, VAD, and cardiac cath procedures involving devices like IABP, Impella, and ECMO.
