Production and Packaging (Manufacturing)

Job Details

Compensation: $15.00 per hour for AM shift, $16.00 per hour for PM shift, and $17.00 per hour for graveyard shift

Job Site Location: Spanish Fork, UT

Work Schedules:

• 6:00 AM2:30 PM | MondayFriday

• 2:30 PM1:00 AM | MondayThursday

• 2:00 PM10:30 PM | MondayFriday

• 10:00 PM6:30 AM | SundayThursday

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities

• Package products according to company standards.

• Label, seal, and prepare boxes correctly.

• Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Follow safety guidelines and production procedures.

• Meet daily production quotas and team goals.

Qualifications and RequirementsRequired Qualifications

• Able to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail when inspecting, labeling, and packaging products.

• Punctual and dependable for an afternoon or overnight schedule.

• Able to follow instructions, safety requirements, and quality standards.

• Available to work from 2:30 PM1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in production, packaging, manufacturing, or assembly-line work.

• Experience working toward production goals or quotas.

• Seguir lineamientos de seguridad y procedimientos de produccin

• Cumplir con cuotas diarias de produccin y metas del equipo

Calificaciones y Requisitos

Requisitos Obligatorios

• Capacidad para trabajar de pie y realizar tareas repetitivas durante el turno

• Atencin al detalle para inspeccin, etiquetado y empaque correcto

• Puntualidad y confiabilidad para un horario de tarde/noche

• Capacidad para seguir instrucciones, normas de seguridad y estndares de calidad

• Disponibilidad para trabajar 2:30 PM 1:00 AM, Lunes a Jueves

Requisitos Preferidos

• Experiencia previa en produccin, empaque, manufactura o lnea de ensamblaje

• Experiencia trabajando con metas de produccin/cuotas
