About the Position:

Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient outcomes. We're not looking for someone seeking their next "job" - we want a therapist ready to invest in a career and help patients understand and navigate their recovery journey from admission to discharge.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) or become licensed before employment begins
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
Collaborative, team-building personality style
Servant leader mindset
H-1B Visa sponsorship not available
