Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong background in personal lines insurance. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will manage a book of business valued at $1.5M–$2M in premium, working with standard households and some high‑net‑worth clients. Compensation Package Salary : $50,000–$60,000 annually Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage a book of business with $1.5M–$2M in premium, focusing on standard households and some high‑net‑worth accounts. Utilize an automated system for quoting and re‑quoting policies, ensuring accurate and timely client presentations. Handle new and renewal business quotes, with occasional cross‑selling and new business opportunities. Collaborate with top carriers, including Nationwide, Safeco, Liberty, and Nat Gen. Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing client needs promptly. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; Life & Health (L&H) license preferred but not mandatory. Experience : 1–3 years of experience in personal lines insurance; independent agency experience preferred, but candidates with captive experience will also be considered. Software Proficiency : Familiarity with Applied EPIC is preferred. Soft Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; customer‑focused mindset.
