OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Covington, KY by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to run HAZMAT freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 65 CPM + 4 CPM when hauling hazmat, with weekly averages of around 2,500 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more. Drivers enjoy modern trucks under 3 years old—equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers—plus reliable in-house maintenance support. Home every two weeks, with full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
