Hours : Part time, 8 to 29 hours a week. Schedule : Open availability - Days and times may vary, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays. $0.50 differential paid for hours worked between 10 pm and 6 am. Role Overview Customer Service Specialist Our Customer Service Specialist position is the first point of contact for the guests at Stinker stores. As the face of our stores, they answer questions, offer scent‑sational recommendations, complete transactions, stock, and keep the store looking fresh. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming environment and assisting customers. Cash out orders with precision, processing payments accurately with cash and credit. Keep the store smelling fresh by tidying restrooms, coolers, parking lots, equipment, food‑service areas, shelves, and storage. Ensure parking lot and interior floors remain free of debris and spills. Follow the Safety Manual and promptly report incidents. Stock, face, and price merchandise accurately. Qualifications Solution‑focused thinking. Ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and manage details while multitasking. Effective time‑management skills. Requirements Must be at least 19 years old. Must be able to balance on a step ladder or ladder, lift up to 50 lbs., and work from floor to eye level.
