What You Will Do: The Facilities Technician provides general upkeep of the office facilities, provides general maintenance of the buildings. Ensures equipment and operational systems are maintained and replaced as needed. This position works with other departments and personnel as needed for requests such as furniture arrangements, facility requests or changes. This position will assist in developing and implementing a preventative maintenance schedule for building maintenance. What You Bring to Trico: A High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience with general building maintenance such as HVAC, electrical and plumbing with a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing large facility building at multiple sites. A valid Arizona driver’s license and a forklift operator certification, or the ability to obtain within the 6- month probationary period. Knowledge with MS Excel and Word and familiar with facility system programs. Ability to work with minimal supervision and work overtime and/or irregular hours as needed.
