Intermediate Desktop Support SpecialistSeeking an Intermediate Desktop Support Specialist to support a facility-wide RFID asset-tracking initiative. This hands-on, on-site role involves updating and replacing RFID tags throughout, keeping tracking systems current, and reporting on progress. Great fit for someone detail-oriented, comfortable being on their feet in a clinical setting, and confident working independently.Responsibilities/skills:Update device firmware and configuration on active RFID asset location tagsLocate outdated RFID tags throughout the facility and swap them for updated onesUpdate the RFID tracking system configuration to reflect current tag statusPrepare and present daily/weekly status reports on tag updates and replacementsMaintain quality assurance documentation for all tag update/replacement activityQualifications:Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)Works independently with minimal supervision; highly organized and deadline-drivenHigh attention to detail with excellent verbal/written English communicationComfortable in a clinical/hospital environment, including inpatient floors; able to walk/stand for long periods, stoop, kneel, and climb a ladder4+ years IT experience with network infrastructure knowledge (Wi-Fi, routing, IP addressing); Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
