Overview Create an engaging hospitality atmosphere and transport guests to their desired location in a timely and safe manner. Essential Functions Ensure guests are treated with maximum courtesy and are served expeditiously and safely to the desired location within the resort. Maintain continuous liaison with management and the Ideal Services department to guarantee high‑quality services that exceed guest expectations. Be alert to potential problems and malfunctions of hospitality services and make on‑the‑spot corrections. Communicate clearly and concisely via two‑way radio system. Assist in resolving as many guest complaints as possible. Provide excellent guest service with proper verbiage and consistent interaction. Drive large vehicles safely and courteously. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of resort vehicles and report maintenance needs promptly. Tools and Equipment Van operation Radio / walkie‑talkie Working Environment Interior of hotel, in normal office conditions. Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions. Qualifications Ability to sit and drive for a minimum of seven hours. Valid, clean driver’s license. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
