As a Physical Therapist within our team, you'll step into a role that's all about fostering the independence and well-being of our patients. Your mission will include evaluating, diagnosing, and delivering treatments to individuals with various conditions, ensuring they regain essential life skills and achieve their highest potential. Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities.
• Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, based on your assessments.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Administer hands-on physical therapy to patients, both in one-on-one sessions and group settings.
• Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor and assess patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize results.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Patient and Family Education: Provide guidance to patients and their families, offering strategies, exercises, and techniques to support ongoing progress and success.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
