Scope of Position:

The Marketing Assistant / Reception serves as the first point of contact for Canyon Creek Cabinet Company customers, vendors, dealers, designers, contractors, and other visitors. This position provides professional and welcoming front-desk support while assisting the Marketing, Showroom, Sales, Customer Service, and other internal teams.

The Marketing Assistant / Reception is responsible for managing incoming calls and visitors, coordinating showroom appointments and tours, maintaining showroom presentation and supplies, supporting marketing and literature projects, processing sample and product requests, and communicating information between customers and internal team members.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, showroom, or office experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, dealers, designers, and employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM – Salesforce.
• Assist customers, dealers, designers, and contractors visiting the showroom, in general (ie, sign-in, letting CC employee know visitor is here, setting up new appointments if necessary, etc.).
• Direct customers, dealers, and designers to sample doors based on wood species, color, and finish.
• Pull wood chip samples and sample materials for customers, dealers, designers, and contractors
• Provide general assistance and information while directing product-specific questions to the appropriate Sales, Customer Service, or Showroom Representative.
• Coordinate communication between visitors and the appropriate internal employee.
• Coordinate showroom appointments for customers, dealers, and designers using MS Bookings App and Showroom Outlook calendar.
• Direct customers to self-service MS Bookings app to schedule appointments; help troubleshoot should any issues arise.
• Manage showroom email responses and any inquiries.
• Monitor showroom voicemail and respond to requests by contacting customers, dealers, or designers to assist where necessary. to schedule requested showroom visits.
• Notify and schedule Showroom Representatives regarding customer, dealer, and designer arrivals.
• Communicate daily appointment schedules and notify appropriate team members of scheduled one-on-one appointments and walk-in visitors.

Compensation / Benefits :

• Base range is $24.00 to $32.00 per hour, Non-Exempt Status , depending on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
