3D Designer

Global fashion apparel client seeking an experienced Senior 3D Apparel Designer with deep expertise in Browzwear to drive the creation of accurate, production-ready 3D garments for a major retail partner. This role will own the end-to-end 3D development process, transforming 2D design concepts and physical samples into high-quality digital assets that support product development, approvals, and speed-to-market initiatives. Responsibilities Build accurate, production-ready 3D garments in Browzwear that meet retailer requirements and development standards. Translate 2D CADs, tech packs, and physical samples into realistic 3D apparel assets. Manage the complete 3D workflow from setup through final delivery. Ensure accuracy in garment fit, construction, color, fabric simulation, and detailing. Serve as the subject matter expert for Browzwear development, troubleshooting, and best practices. Collaborate closely with design, technical design, CAD, and product development teams throughout the product lifecycle. Establish and maintain efficient 3D workflows, standards, and processes to support operational excellence. Evaluate new Browzwear features, tools, and updates to continuously improve capabilities and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Apparel Design, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in 3D apparel design with extensive Browzwear experience (VStitcher, Lotta, or similar). Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, patternmaking, and sewing techniques. Proven ability to create realistic fabric simulations, textures, and garment renderings. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and experience working across cross-functional teams. Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Passion for fashion, innovation, technology, and digital product development. Portfolio demonstrating advanced 3D apparel design capabilities and Browzwear expertise. Prior experience within the apparel, fashion, or consumer products industry preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Adecco
