Physical Therapist – Pelvic Health Company: Confluent Health – BreakThrough Physical Therapy Location: 7580 Charlotte Hwy, Indian Land, South Carolina with travel to Fort Lawn. Job Type: Full-time (Mon–Fri; 40 hrs per week). Salary: $77,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience). Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000. Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns. Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in State of North Carolina. CPR and first aid certification.
