What You’ll Be Doing Lead and manage projects for new construction and renovationDevelop and review design approaches, methodologies, and calculations.Prepare and coordinate drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Oversee QA/QC reviews to ensure quality and accuracy.Mentor and provide technical guidance to mechanical engineering staff.Coordinate multi-discipline project efforts and ensure design integration across all teams.Support proposals, budgets, and project schedules.Interface with clients to confirm project scope and deliverables. Participate in construction administration activities including site visits, RFI responses, and shop drawing reviews. Maintain compliance with codes, standards, and quality control procedures.What You’ll Bring to the Job Enthusiastic desire to contribute in a team oriented culture. This is an on-site job. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET certified program4–10+ years of experience in mechanical building systems or plant utility systems with some times spent in an engineering services company.Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one U.S. state (local jurisdiction preferred).Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain a security clearance.
