We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent business applications and conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) along with Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) to build AI‑powered copilots and automation solutions. Additional Information The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $105k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: Design and develop AI copilots (chatbots) using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Build and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps). Develop automated workflows using Power Automate. Integrate Copilot solutions with Dataverse, APIs, and enterprise systems. Implement GenAI capabilities using Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and connectors. Develop and manage Power Platform solutions lifecycle (ALM). Create dashboards and reports using Power BI. Ensure security, governance, and compliance within Power Platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Troubleshoot and optimize application performance. Requirements: Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents Expertise in Power Platform : Power Automate (Flows) Power BI Experience with Dataverse and Common Data Service (CDS) Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and connectors Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services Understanding of AI/GenAI concepts and chatbot design Familiarity with ALM, DevOps, and solution deployment Preferred, but not required: Experience with Azure OpenAI / Cognitive Services Knowledge of LLMOps / prompt engineering Experience with Custom connectors & plugins in Power Platform Familiarity with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit Microsoft certifications such as: AI-900 or Azure AI certifications We offer: A highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
