A highly regarded Chicago law firm is seeking a Trusts and Estates Attorney. This is an outstanding opportunity to handle sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters within a client-focused and collaborative environment. What You’ll Do Advise clients on comprehensive estate and wealth transfer strategies, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Draft estate planning documents tailored to complex family and business structures. Manage trust and estate administrations from inception to completion, including probate proceedings and fiduciary accountings. Provide guidance on tax-efficient planning, charitable giving, and business succession strategies. Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and fiduciaries to ensure integrated client solutions. What We’re Looking For Licensed and in good standing with The Illinois Bar. 3-6 years of focused experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate. Strong knowledge of Illinois estate, trust, and tax law. Excellent drafting, research, and client communication skills.
