iCRYO One Loudoun is a new Health and Wellness Center that specializes in Whole Body Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Body Sculpting, IV therapy and other related services. Position Overview:

Our ideal candidate should have a dynamic personality and a passion for overall wellness and recovery. Must be energetic and ready to assist guests upon arrival. The Body Sculpting Specialist is responsible for assisting and educating guests in achieving their wellness goals with exceptional guest service, marketing through social media and attending community events. The Body Sculpting Specialist will also be responsible for continuing their education of our products and services as well as working as a team with other employees and maintaining safety protocols within the center.

The Body Sculpting Specialist should be action oriented, customer service driven, ambitious, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed and goal oriented. This person will work with the Center Manager, and their team, to identify/solve problems, set expectations, goals, and complete daily tasks. This candidate shall also possess the skills necessary to perform their duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.

***Base pay plus commission***

Qualifications:

• Ability to work a 40-hour week with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Ability to comprehend and pass a number of iCRYO designed service exams following initial training.

• Maintain good time management skills, good judgement, and ability to multi-task.

• Display exceptional guest experience skills, handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty.

• Understand the needs of the guest, ability to educate guests on services needed in a competent, efficient, and professional manner.

• Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company including sales goals.

• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Maintain an environment of trust, communicate efficiently with managers and peers.

• Must be able to complete ongoing and continued education.

• Maintain a clean environment, uphold company standards.

• Retail Sales Experience preferred but not required
