The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management to ensure the store operates efficiently and meets customer needs. This role includes organizing and maintaining back‑stage inventory, ensuring product availability on the sales floor, and optimizing inventory levels to align with purchasing trends. Additionally, the Inventory Manager will conduct routine inventory counts, monitor stock accuracy, and implement strategies to minimize inventory shrinkage caused by internal and external factors.
