RDA/ Registered Dental Assistant

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full-Time Merced, CA 95348 We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures Take and process dental x-rays Perform teeth whitening procedures Carry out coronal polishing, temporary crowns, and other permitted duties Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards Prepare trays, instruments, and materials for procedures Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside support Qualifications Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (Required) Minimum 2 years of experience preferred Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques Understanding of OSHA and HIPAA regulations Experience with Dentrix software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Positive attitude with the ability to create a welcoming environment Compensation & Benefits $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience) Dental insurance Paid time off (sick & vacation) Employee discount Leadership training and advancement opportunities Fun and supportive office culture Schedule Full-time 8-hour shifts Monday through Thursday & two Fridays a month 7:45 to Noon Location Requirement Applicants must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Merced, CA 95348 before starting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
