Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients. Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy services in a clinic setting. Complete accurate, real-time documentation to reduce take-home work. Supervise PTA-level providers when applicable to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically.
