In addition to hands-on clinical responsibilities, our nurses serve as skilled care coordinators—developing, implementing, and continuously evaluating individualized plans of care that align with each patient's unique goals and medical needs. They collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure seamless transitions across the continuum of care. Education is a cornerstone of the RN role. Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana or other compact licensed state
