Overview
Travel RN — Obstetrics (OB) in Perham, Minnesota. Start date 07/13/2026 for a Weeks‑long travel assignment in a hospital setting. Weekly pay range: $2,035–$2,201. Shift is 12‑hour day/night rotating (3x12). Location-based assignment with OB as the primary unit and float support to Med/Surg as needed; locals accepted and paid at the same rate as travelers.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for OB patients across labor, delivery, and postpartum units according to unit protocols
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, perform assessments, administer medications, manage IVs and infusion therapy
- Float to Med/Surg as needed to support patient census and collaborate with the broader care team
- Collaborate with physicians, CNMs, and other care providers; educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
- Document care accurately in the charting system and maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Requirements
- Active MN RN license
- OB/GYN and Med/Surg clinical skills; ability to float between OB and Med/Surg units
- Clinical OB experience; ability to float to Med/Surg as needed
- COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
- Schedule flexibility for rotating 12-hour shifts; ability to meet weekend requirements
- Locals accepted for assignment
