Job Title Grocery Clerk #34 Moreno Valley (ages 16-17) Location 24899 Alessandro Blvd., Moreno Valley, California 92553, United States Salary Starting Rate $16.90 per hour Responsibilities Assist customers with product location and purchase decisions. Clean display cases, shelves, and self‑serve displays; rotate products. Work under direct supervision of the Grocery Manager. Perform heavy lifting, bending, stooping, standing, walking, and kneeling for long periods. Work various hours including nights and weekends. Provide excellent customer service to support community and deliver quality food service. Qualifications Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers and other employees. Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds. Age 16-17. Preferred Skills Basic PC/Outlook skills. Retail Management Certificate.
