About the Company Our client is a multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm providing infrastructure, environmental, and geotechnical services to public and private sector clients. Role Overview This is an opportunity to join a growing geotechnical practice with exposure to a diverse portfolio of high‑profile infrastructure and development projects. The role involves working on transportation, marine, and public‑sector projects while providing opportunities to mentor staff, strengthen client partnerships, and contribute to long‑term strategic growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain imminently 6+ years of geotechnical engineering consulting experience Experience supporting transportation, marine, federal, or infrastructure projects Background with subsurface investigations, soil borings, remediation, testing, and inspection services Familiarity with DOT standards and public‑sector project delivery processes Experience managing projects, mentoring junior staff, and leading technical teams Existing relationships within the Delaware market and experience with state or government projects strongly preferred Compensation $100,000 - $150,000 per year Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
