- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
- Analyze production data to identify areas for process optimization and cost reduction
- Lead efforts in process validation and compliance with industry standards
- Mentor and support manufacturing staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- 10-15 years experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt or demonstrated use and knowledge of Lean Six-Sigma methodologies and tools preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and quality standards
- Ability to adapt to evolving technology and industry practices
