# Aviation Project ManagerApplylocations: US.NY.New York.10 East 40 Streettime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R-159696### **Job Description**## **Overview**We are seeking a ***Project Manager*** to join our team in **New York, NY.**## **Your role*** Split time between on site and office/remote.* Report to Project Director and/or Lead Project Manager.* Work in Owner's Rep atmosphere managing multiple projects.* Coordinate with client, contractor, design team and stakeholders.* Review project schedule and budgets, analysis change orders for entitlement, prepare weekly/monthly reports, provide support as needed and manage assistant project managers.* Manage project files and internal reporting programs.## **About you*** Bachelor's degree required.* Project Manager with 6-10 years of experience working in Aviation and/or Hospitality.* Knowledge of project management programs.
