Citrix & Netscaler Engineer

Kforce's client in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Citrix & NetScaler Engineer to provide long-term technical support for a complex enterprise environment. This individual will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for maintaining the security, stability, performance, and availability of the Citrix and NetScaler infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and NetScaler ADC/Gateway environments
- Manage WAF, application delivery, security, patching, and lifecycle activities
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, application delivery, connectivity, and performance issues
- Identify technical risks and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, security, and resiliency
- Partner with Network, Cybersecurity, Identity, Infrastructure, and application teams to resolve issues and support initiatives
- Help establish and improve technical standards, operational processes, and best practices
- Provide senior-level technical guidance and hands-on support for ongoing environment needs
- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
- Deep experience with NetScaler ADC/Gateway
- Experience administering Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions
- Strong knowledge of application delivery, security, troubleshooting, patching, and lifecycle management
- Ability to troubleshoot complex, cross-functional technical issues
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, security, and high-availability environments
- Ability to work collaboratively across Network, Cybersecurity, Identity, Infrastructure, and application teams
