Job Details Accurate Home Care has an opening for a Private Duty Nurse (RN) in Princeton, MN 55371 to provide adult and pediatric nursing care in the patient’s own home. Implement the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on scope of practice. Communicate with physicians and other members of the multidisciplinary patient care team regarding the health status of patients. Provide a variety of cares ranging from tracheostomy and ventilator management to feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management. Qualifications / Skills Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota. Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English. Education and experience in the scope of services offered by the agency. Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross, renewed at recommended frequencies. Ability to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50 lbs.
