Responsibilities Complete the PLACE Launch program. Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis. Engage with potential buyers, secure buyer agreements, and assist in home selection. Represent both buyers and sellers in negotiating real estate transactions. Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology. Host two open houses each month. Transform lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments. Regularly participate in script practice sessions as per team guidelines. Engage in team activities according to established standards. Attend weekly one‑on‑one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls. Provide consultations to potential sellers, secure listings, and oversee the marketing of properties. Apply expert knowledge in pricing strategies, home staging, and other services related to listings.
