Senior Manager, CFC CRM Product Manager

ROLE SUMMARY

The CFC (Customer-Facing Colleagues - the pharmaceutical sales reps out in the field) Product Manager is a new role within the CRM Product team directly reporting to the CRM CFC Business Product Leader within the Chief Marketing Office (CMO).

This is a high-visibility role, owning the end-to-end success of our CRM platform supporting HCP/HCO-facing colleagues (CFC) globally, across all brands representing the needs for Commercial Sales, KAM, Access and Medical user groups. Over the next several years Pfizer will be re-platforming our CRM technology and this role will be key to shaping a next generation, AI enabled experience.

The role is expected to leverage the product model to identify technology enhancement opportunities that enable Pfizer's business objectives and improve the CFC experience. They will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and contribute to the strategic CFC product roadmap. They will partner closely with our digital technology teams and vendors to concept, plan, build and deploy solutions responsible for the end-to-end success.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to a CFC CRM roadmap illustrating planned technology enhancements to create business impact well aligned to market business objectives.
• Owns outcomes, not just plans - relentlessly focused on what actually moves the needle for users and creates real impact for the business, and willing to course correct when stakeholder signals suggest a different path.
• Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand CFC needs and translate them into technology enhancement opportunities.
• Lead customer/market-facing solution demonstrations adapted for sales/medical/KAM personas that position the platform benefits and drive a demo-led approach to requirements gathering and solution definition.
• Willingness to learn the product/platform capabilities inside-out and do basic configuration to test new features and prepare for demos.
• Lead a process to quantify business impact of enhancement opportunities and drive enhancement prioritization.
• Experienced working in a fast-paced environment that ships fast, iterates, and uses constant experimentation to shape product
• Partner closely with UX/Design, delivery and operations teams to drive concepting, planning, build and deployment of new features.
• Write product requirements and user stories and participate in agile ceremonies to prioritize the backlog and deliver work.
• Devise an approach to measure and report out business impact of technology enhancements.
• Plan and support the functional/business side of the CFC tooling universe by providing clear requirements for business needs throughout, participating in UAT, training and communications as required.
• Manage relationships with vendors to ensure their technologies evolve with Pfizer's needs. Maintain strong knowledge of Life Sciences CFC CRM-related offerings, drive build/buy decisions and partner closely with digital to evaluate technology.
• Operate with a mindset of standardization, consolidation and global scalability across the CFC technology tooling universe.
• Support privacy, digital, legal, regulatory and compliance teams in setting and deploying data standards, policies and procedures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• 5+ years in a product manager role owning a commercial product sold to external customers or businesses
• Experience primarily based on product manager/owner roles managing internal platform product serving internal functions, or services implementer products is not aligned with this role.
• 5+ years in a product manager role at a B2B or B2C technology/SaaS company, with a product culture grounded in owning a product end-to-end from strategy through delivery
• Navigating consumer privacy and / or healthcare data landscape at scale
• Integrating sales and marketing technology and customer journeys across channels
• Deep understanding and passion for sales and marketing challenges
• Ability to forge strong relationships with engineering partners
• Experience evaluating product decisions strategically and making prioritization tradeoffs, leveraging large datasets to make data driven product decisions while collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and mastery of working in a matrixed environment.
• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to execute with speed and high quality.
• Demonstrated business acumen strong analytical skills and mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

• Master's degree
• Experience working for a product company that sells to Life Sciences or an adjacent industry (e.g. Hospitals/Health Systems, Payers/Insurers, Med Devices, Diagnostics, Consumer Health, Health Tech, EHR Vendors, Health Care Information Technology, Wearables..etc)
• Experience with Veeva, Life Sciences Cloud or OCE
• Experience with Salesforce
• Product experience in a high growth start-up
• Experience working on global programs
• Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Up to 50% travel, ability to adapt to meetings scheduled for European/Asian time zones when required

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. • The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $111,900.00 to $186,500.00.
