Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Level 4 NICU day shift position requiring 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience and IN or compact RN licensure.

Details

• 13-week travel assignment on day shift, 07:00-19:30
• Level 4 Neonatal ICU unit
• Possible float to Peds/PICU as needed
• Possible float to a nearby Carmel, IN NICU location as needed
• Uses Sunrise Clinical Manager EHR

Requirements

• Active RN license (IN or compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• PALS certification (AHA) required
• NRP certification (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics) required
• 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience strongly preferred
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing to neonatal patients in a Level 4 NICU setting
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Radius rule applies; local candidates accepted at a reduced rate depending on distance from facility
• Travelers should discuss extension with their manager approximately 45 days before assignment end date
• COVID vaccination is not required for this position
