You'll collaborate with other engineers, scientists, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions across a range of environmental and infrastructure projects. Named the #1 firm to work for in 2025 by Zweig Group, we offer a culture rooted in empathy, creativity, and life balance.**What You'll Do:*** Evaluate, select, and apply standard technical principles and procedures while using independent judgment* Produce written reports and related documents that show solid technical writing capabilities* Ability to collaborate with other members within the organization to develop written proposals* Self-manage/self-motivate to handle multiple competing projects while producing quality results within the time constraints of each project* Display a sense of pride and commitment to producing high-quality end results for our clients* Utilize working knowledge of key regulatory agencies* Establish working relationships with peers, junior staff, clients, and vendors while offering a high degree of mutual respect and integrity with each interaction* Willingness to adopt internal policies and procedures to offer clients consistent, high-quality results**What You Bring:*** Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering* 5-10 years of relevant experience* Affiliation and/or certifications with professional associations and networking capabilities, preferred* Proficient with MS Office Suite of products* Must possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle* 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training a plus**Salary Range:**Compensation for this position is $85,000.## Benefits:* Flexible Work Environment* 401(k) with Company Match*Verdantas strives to develop new ways to increase diversity awareness within our organization.
