Job Summary: The Manager, Regional Marketing Strategy, Popeyes, US West is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing plans that drive franchisee sales, traffic and profitability across the West US division. These plans may leverage tactics such as offers and coupons, media, merchandising, catering, local innovation, among others. Success in the role requires strong partnership with franchisees and close collaboration with internal cross functional teams, including Field Operations, Media, Merchandising, Analytics, Calendar, Marketing Execution, Digital, and Restaurant Technology. This role reports to the Director of Field Marketing, PLK US. Minimum 25% travel. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional marketing plans that support franchisee sales, traffic, and profitability, leveraging tactics such as offers and coupons, local media, merchandising, catering, and local innovation initiatives Analyze business performance across the region to proactively identify opportunities and performance gaps, translating insights into actionable plans for franchisees and field partners Partner closely with franchisees to align on strategy and drive effective local execution Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Operations, Marketing Analytics, Media, Merchandising, Calendar, Marketing Execution, Digital, and Restaurant Technology to ensure plans are aligned to national strategy and executed effectively Recommend and optimize the use of DMA funds in alignment with broader strategic priorities and the national marketing calendar Lead preparation for and participation in DMA and business review meetings, using performance insights to inform recommendations and next steps Build and maintain strong relationships with key franchisees, prioritizing focus on the largest and most strategic partners Ensure adherence to brand standards and processes, including use of tools such as Popeyes LSM and established marketing playbooks Maintain and continuously improve local marketing playbooks and franchisee tools that enable scalable execution Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field 3-5 years of relevant work experience Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills Demonstrated business acumen and analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform decisions and optimize performance Effective interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with franchisees Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver presentations to franchisees regularly and senior leadership as needed Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Willingness and ability to travel frequently for in‑person franchisee visits Salary: Base salary range of $105,000 - 115,000. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company's long-term incentive plan.
