Drive system-level integration, comprehensive characterization, and yield optimization for Light Engine Assemblies (LEAs). Establish, align, and maintain technical documentation, including Engineering Requirement Specifications (ERS), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), product datasheets, and test protocols. Support advanced validation and verification (V&V), Design of Experiments (DOEs), and corner characterization across optical, electrical, and thermal domains to resolve complex multi‑system interactions. Deliver continuous yield improvements using statistical data modeling, failure analysis, root‑cause determination, and corrective actions (FA/RC/CA) to create tight feedback loops between manufacturing and design.
