We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician responsible for endpoint deployment, infrastructure support, hardware lifecycle management, and service ticket resolution. This role supports workstation environments, infrastructure systems, and enterprise software deployments while ensuring timely service delivery and user satisfaction. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Perform parts replacement, system upgrades, and asset repairs. Image and deploy workstations and mobile devices. Manage device lifecycle from provisioning to decommissioning.
