Construction Laborer

Construction Worker Join our team as a Construction Worker , assisting with demolition and site cleanup on commercial projects, with a strong focus on school renovation work this summer. Key Responsibilities Perform demolition tasks, including removing walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, and mechanical components Load and dispose of debris into designated dumpsters Operate hand tools, shovels, and brooms to break down materials and maintain clean work areas Travel between multiple job sites using reliable personal transportation Remain active throughout the day in physically demanding and high-temperature environments Adhere to all safety guidelines and follow direction from site supervisors Qualifications Ability to consistently lift 50+ pounds Previous experience in construction, demolition, or other manual labor roles preferred Comfortable working in physically strenuous conditions, including heat Must have steel toe boots and dependable transportation Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Northville, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
