Floor Technician (Housekeeping)

Parc Provence is seeking a dependable Floor Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. This role focuses on floor care, general housekeeping, and supporting overall building cleanliness.

• Strip, wax, buff, and maintain tile floors

• Clean carpets, upholstery, and common areas

• Assist with room setups and moving furniture

• Stock supplies and follow cleaning/waste‑disposal procedures

• Support building and grounds maintenance

• Escort vendors and deliver packages

• Respond to spills, emergencies, and occasional laundry or pet cleanup

• Work weekends, holidays, and occasional after‑hours shifts

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions

• Six months of experience in a hospital, nursing home, or similar setting preferred

• Professional communication and customer‑service skills

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling (up to 80 lbs.)

• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals, equipment, odors, and dust
