What You'll Do

In this position, you will manage the day-to-day presentation and flow of retail merchandise at market locations. Your work keeps products accessible, accurately priced, and appealing to every guest who walks by.

• Set up, arrange, and refresh product displays to keep them clean, full, and visually engaging.
• Greet customers warmly, answer questions about products, and offer friendly guidance that encourages a confident purchase.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments with care.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock items throughout the day, and flag low or missing products to supervisors.
• Track incoming and outgoing stock, verifying counts against delivery records.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe work area that meets market and company standards.
• Support promotional efforts and seasonal displays that draw attention to featured goods.
• Communicate daily sales activity and customer feedback to the team.
