Pay Range: $20 - $24 hourly Overview We’re looking for Airbrush Technicians with a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience to join us at Carvana. As an Airbrush Technician, you’ll be expected to color‑match, mix paint, and airbrush vehicles using state‑of‑the‑art tools in one of our high‑tech Inspection Centers. Responsibilities Color‑matching and mixing paint to meet vehicle specifications. Airbrushing vehicles with precision and high quality. Following safety protocols and wearing required protective gear. Working mandatory overtime as required to meet delivery commitments. Schedule and Work Hours Must be willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs. General Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of 1 year professional automotive painting experience for entry‑level painter role. Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, lift up to 60 pounds independently. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license; subject to MVR check for some positions. Can work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment, including exposure to various weather conditions.
