Diesel Mechanic

GFL Environmental is seeking a Diesel Mechanic Tech to inspect, diagnose, and repair a fleet of diesel trucks and heavy equipment supporting waste and recycling operations. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting engines, hydraulics, electrical and braking systems, completing DOT inspections, and ensuring all work meets safety and environmental standards. The mechanic will document work orders, maintain shop cleanliness, collaborate with operations teams to minimize downtime, and respond to occasional road calls.
