Summary: Responsible for providing beverage service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provides constant, attentive and exceptional service to casino guests while serving beverages.
- Assists Cocktail servers in an even rotation to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Completes all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to insure a clean, neat work area that is adequately stocked at all times.
- Assist all guests as needed.
- Stays informed and up-to-date with all daily changes in menus, pricing, special events, and promotions.
- Must comply with all Oklahoma State liquor laws and MNGE Community Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance.
- Reacts to change productively and handles other essential tasks as assigned.
- Handles cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
- Additional duties as assigned.
