Senior Director / VP Supply Chain
Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Location: Raleigh-Durham, NC (Hybrid/Onsite Opportunities Available) Compensation: $180,000 - $275,000+ Base + Bonus + Long-Term Incentives Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing | Biotech | Life Sciences | CDMO | Cell & Gene Therapy Shape the Future of Healthcare Supply Chains LHH Recruitment Solutions is proactively building relationships with exceptional Supply Chain leaders across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences industries. We are partnering with growing pharmaceutical manufacturers, CDMOs, biologics organizations, and emerging biotech companies seeking transformational leaders to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. These opportunities range from high-growth organizations scaling commercialization efforts to established global companies optimizing complex manufacturing and distribution networks. Potential Areas of Responsibility- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy including Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, Distribution, and S&OP.
- Drive supply chain performance across commercial, clinical, and manufacturing operations.
- Develop global supplier and contract manufacturing strategies.
- Oversee demand planning, inventory optimization, and service-level performance.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial leadership.
- Build resilient supply chains capable of supporting rapid growth and product launches.
- Lead ERP, digital transformation, and supply chain optimization initiatives.
- Establish KPIs focused on inventory turns, OTIF, forecast accuracy, and cost reduction.
- Manage third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and contract manufacturing partners.
- Develop and mentor high-performing supply chain teams.
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.

- Proven experience leading S&OP and Integrated Business Planning processes.
- Expertise in inventory optimization, forecasting, procurement, and distribution.
- Knowledge of FDA, GMP, GDP, and regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting commercial product launches preferred.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
