Your Role as an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse In this role, an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse serves as a clinical leader on the floor, providing direct, compassionate care and supporting the total well‑being of our residents. Your core responsibilities include: Advanced Clinical Care: Administer medications accurately, manage IV therapies, perform wound care, and execute complex treatments strictly per physician orders and facility protocols. Vigilant Observation: Meticulously evaluate resident wellness, monitoring for any acute physical or cognitive changes, and promptly reporting conditions to the attending RN or physician. Clinical Leadership & Oversight: Support the implementation of comprehensive resident care plans while actively supervising, directing, and guiding CNA tasks on the floor to ensure smooth shift transitions.
