Substitute School NurseAt Helena Public Schools, our vision is to foster dynamic educational experiences that prepare all students for life. As a Substitute School Nurse, you contribute to this mission by providing assistance to the well-being of students. You will work as part of a team that serves 8,000 students at 18 campuses across Helena. Starting pay is $140 per day. Promote the health, well-being and academic achievement of all students by performing assessment of health disorders and providing treatment and/or appropriate medical intervention. Provide support for student educational opportunities through health education, health promotion, disease prevention, and case management of health conditions which will minimize absenteeism and create a climate of well being for the school community.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:Professional Registered NurseBachelor's Degree preferredValid Montana Nurse LicenseC.P.R. certificationEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Registered Nurse with at least one year of nursing experienceCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Registered NurseHow to Apply: Complete the online application to include three professional references.
