Job Overview Dahl Memorial Healthcare, a 25-bed critical access hospital, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our compassionate healthcare team. Experience with Thrive EMR, medical documentation, and assisting in specialized procedures in a critical access setting is highly valued. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive direct patient care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians/providers. Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress. Assist in medical procedures. Maintain accurate, detailed medical records using Thrive EMR. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver holistic patient care. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care. Experience Valid RN license in the state of Montana, or able to obtain license. New grads welcome to apply! Proficiency in Thrive EMR or similar electronic health record systems preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
