Located in Boise, ID
Salary: $18/hr.
Express Employment is seeking an early stage counselor for a company that provides funding for affordable housing solutions. Job duties include:
Initiating outbound collection calls
Negotiating payment arrangements with borrowers to avoid mortgage delinquency
Following up with the borrowers on returned payments
Assisting with early stage account collections
Ideal Candidate:
Must have call center experience
Comfortable working on the phones
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient with computers
Any collections experience is a plus
Other Details:
Schedule is Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
Pay rate is $18/hr.
Position is a long-term temporary role with possibility of temp to hire based on company's hiring needs
