Shift Leader-Team Captain

We're the champions of inspiring people to live a healthy, active lifestyle - 1,300+ stores strong - and we build our leaders from within. As a Team Captain (Shift Leader) you run the floor, set the pace, and keep the Guest experience and quality high while coaching the team around you.

What you'll do

Lead shifts from the floor - direct the team, set the pace, keep quality and cleanliness high
Blend smoothies and prep/serve our Power Eats food (flatbreads, chicken bites, oven)
Jump on the register and into the rush when it counts
Coach and train Team Members; model a "Guest comes first" attitude
Own opening/closing, cash handling, and shift-level problem solving

What we're looking for

Some food-service or retail experience, or leadership potential you're ready to grow
Dependable, calm under a rush, and great with people
Comfortable coaching teammates and owning a shift
18+ preferred for closing-lead duties
