As a Manufacturing Team Lead, you'll guide a team of 510 employees, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll coordinate workflows, confirm production readiness, and assign work based on team skills and priorities. This role requires clear communication of goals, safety expectations, and deadlines, along with proactive problem-solving to keep production on track.

Beyond managing the day-to-day, you'll play an active role in coaching and developing your team-providing real-time guidance, reinforcing best practices, and fostering a strong, team-oriented culture. You'll ensure all work meets strict quality and compliance requirements, from maintaining traceability and documentation accuracy to following controlled processes and supporting audits. Your leadership will help promote a mindset of continuous improvement, encouraging your team to identify inefficiencies, solve problems, and enhance workflow. By building strong working relationships across departments and modeling professionalism, accountability, and a customer-focused approach, you'll help deliver high-quality, mission-critical cable assemblies that consistently meet expectations.
